Registration deadline for the November examination sessions:18 September 2010

Continuous assessment of children’s English ability has a positive impact on their learning. Cambridge ESOL Key English Test (KET), Preliminary English Test (PET) and KET/PET for Schools are reliable, internationally recognised English assessments for children and are designed for upper primary and junior secondary students or those who have attained 10 shields or more in the Cambridge Young Learners Flyers Test. The tests serve as a stepping stone for students who would like to take the next advanced English examinations, such as the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) in future. With the growing demand of these tests, the talk will provide details about the different tests and tips on how parents can help their children to better prepare for the examinations, pointing out common mistakes and ways to make improvements.

The registration deadline for the November examination sessions is Saturday, 18 September 2010. The talk is important for parents before registration.
